"Dear French people, good evening! I'm writing this review after having enjoyed pita gyros and hot dogs four times during my stay in Kavos at this kebab shop. Although the food was divine at 5 a.m., it's the hospitality of the dear cooks that I'd like to tell you about. Their kindness, bravery, and charm warmed our hearts far better than tequila. They looked after us, far better than any Parisian waiter, respect. I will never forget them, these dear soldiers of the night who ensure the well-being of all the customers."
